At Villa Due Mondi, we value clarity and tranquility. That is why we work with straightforward seasonal rates, so you can see at a glance what to expect. The rates are based on the villa’s current facilities and apply to the entire stay.
Our villa is being enhanced step by step with new comfort features. At present, the accommodation is offered without a swimming pool or hot tub. As new facilities become available, they will be added with care and the rates will be adjusted accordingly.
Bookings already made will always remain valid at the rate confirmed at the time of reservation.
Whether you come for a long weekend in the low season, a summer week among the hills, or an autumn stay filled with peace and flavour, each season has its own charm, atmosphere, and rate.

Price and Payment Terms
Occupancy:
- The prices are based on a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
- By prior arrangement, 1 additional guest may be accommodated at a charge of €10 per night.
Included in the Price
- Tourist tax
- Beds made upon arrival
- Exclusive use of the villa and its grounds
One-time fee: A one-time fee of €95 per stay applies for final cleaning and the use of bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen linen.
Payment Terms
The following payment terms apply to your reservation:
- Deposit: 30% of the total amount, payable within 7 days of receiving the reservation confirmation.
- Final payment: The remaining balance (70%) must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
- Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival: In this case, the full amount is due immediately.
