Een optie nemen?

Je kunt een gewenste periode 48 uur vrijblijvend in optie nemen. Binnen deze termijn kun je rustig beslissen of je de boeking definitief wilt maken. Na 48 uur vervalt de optie automatisch en komt de periode weer beschikbaar. Mail gerust naar info@villaduemondi.com

HERFST IN PIEMONTE

Nazomeren tussen wijngaarden, wijn & truffels

Oktober is een bijzonder mooie maand in Piemonte. De druiven zijn geoogst, de wijngaarden kleuren goud en het truffelseizoen is begonnen.

Bezoek bijvoorbeeld de truffelbeurs in Alba of Moncalvo, ontdek kleine dorpen en lokale markten en geniet daarna van de rust bij Villa Due Mondi.

Bij een verblijf in oktober ontvang je:

Korting wordt verrekend na invullen van boekingsformulier. 

Payment Terms

Occupancy:

  • The prices are based on a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
  • By prior arrangement, 1 additional guest may be accommodated at a charge of €10 per night.

Included in the Rental Price

  • Tourist tax
  • Beds made upon arrival
  • Exclusive use of the villa and its grounds

One-time fee: A one-time fee of €95 per stay applies for final cleaning and the use of bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen linen.

Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to your reservation:

  • Deposit: 30% of the total amount, payable within 7 days of receiving the reservation confirmation.
  • Final payment: The remaining balance (70%) must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
  • Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival: In this case, the full amount is due immediately.
