Through the original double front door, you enter the spacious hall of the villa. From here, a Marble staircase, lit by a high window, you to the first floor. This floor contains the living area, which is entirely at your disposal during your stay.

Because the villa is built into a hillside, the terrace and garden on this floor are directly connected and accessible on the same level. This allows for effortless movement between indoors and outdoors, letting you enjoy the views and surroundings at any moment.

The living room

The living room Villa Due Mondi forms the warm heart of the villa. With approx 25 m² It is a light and inviting space where comfort and tranquility come together. You will find a comfortable sofa, atmospheric lighting, and a flat-screen smart TV for relaxing evenings. At the dining table, there is plenty of space to have breakfast, dinner or share a good glass of wine together. A high chair is available on request for families.

Through the doors you step straight into the own balcony or you walk to the large terrace, where indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly. On cooler days, the Pellet stove for extra warmth and a cosy atmosphere.

The kitchen

The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living room and is fully equipped for those who love to cook. You will have an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. For the start of the day, there's a Espresso machine ready, next to a kettle and toaster. Of course, the kitchen is equipped with complete crockery, cutlery and cookware, so you will want for nothing.

Bosco Bedroom

Bosco a warm and serene bedroom of approximately 15 m², inspired by the green surroundings and the silence. The room is furnished with a comfortable Queen-size double bed with a luxury mattress and multiple pillows, so you can relax thoroughly every night.

On either side of the bed are bedside tables with soft bedside lamps and a socket within easy reach, practical and comfortable. The room has a chest of drawers and a large mirror.

The en-suite washbasin unit with a large mirror offers extra comfort and privacy, while it private balcony with a view of greenery is a lovely place to start or end the day peacefully. Here you can hear nature, breathe in the fresh air, and immediately feel the relaxed rhythm of Piedmont.

Bedroom Colle

Colle is a spacious and bright bedroom of approximately 19 m², with a beautiful view over the rolling hills of Piedmont. The room is furnished with a comfortable King-size double bed, equipped with a luxury mattress and multiple pillows for a restful night's sleep.

On both sides of the bed, you will find bedside tables with ambient bedside lamps and a conveniently located power socket. The room features a a cosy seating area with two chairs and a desk, making Colle particularly suitable for those who want to combine rest and relaxation with reading or flexible working. If desired, a extra bed can be placed.

Furthermore, there is a chest of drawers and a large mirror, so you can settle in comfortably. Through the doors, you step onto the private balcony, where you overlook the hills and start the day with fresh air and silence.

Bedroom Terra

Terra is a peaceful and atmospheric bedroom of approximately 17 m²where simplicity and comfort are central. The room is furnished with a comfortable queen size double bed. Queen-size double bed, equipped with a luxury mattress and multiple pillows for a restful night's sleep.

On both sides of the bed there are bedside tables with soft reading lamps and a power socket within easy reach, practical and comfortable. What makes Terra extra special is its direct access to the large terrace. From here, you can step straight outside from your room, into the fresh air, and start the day in complete tranquility with space to enjoy the moment.

Bathroom

The spacious bathroom is comfortably and practically furnished. You have a toilet and bidet, a washbasin with a large mirror, and a shower. Everything is well-maintained and tastefully decorated, allowing you to start your day in peace or end it by relaxing.
