At Villa Due Mondi you will find peace, space, and clarity. And the same applies to our rates.

 

We believe in transparency and calm simplicity. That is why we work with clear seasonal pricing, so you can see at a glance what to expect. Our rates are based on the current facilities of the villa and apply to the entire stay.

Our villa is gradually being enriched with new comfort features. At the moment, the accommodation is offered without a swimming pool or hot tub. As new facilities are added with care, the rates will be adjusted accordingly.

All confirmed bookings remain valid at the rate that was agreed at the time of reservation.

Whether you come for a long weekend in the early season, a summer week among the rolling hills, or an autumn stay filled with peace and flavour – each season has its own charm, atmosphere, and rate.

Choose the moment that suits you best and feel welcome in the heart of Piemonte.

Price and payment terms

Occupancy:

  • The prices are based on a maximum occupancy of 6 persons.

  • By agreement, 1 additional person is allowed. We charge €10 per night for this.

Included in the price:

  • Tourist tax
  • Beds made upon arrival
  • Exclusive use of the villa and the grounds

One-time costs:

For final cleaning and the use of bed, bath, and kitchen linen, we charge a one-time fee of €95 per stay.

Payment terms:

The following payment conditions apply to your reservation:

  • Deposit: 30% of the total amount, payable within 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation.
  • Final payment: The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
  • Bookings within 8 weeks before arrival: In this case, the full amount must be paid immediately.
